Distar diamond cutting blade Butterfly Ø45mm
The disc is specially designed for tilers who require absolutely precise and clean cuts in porcelain stoneware tiles. The disc has a very fine and continuous diamond layer with a cutting width of just 0.6 mm. This results in very fine and splinter-free cuts, but also slower cutting progress. Water cooling is absolutely essential, as otherwise the blade will quickly become too hot and the cutting performance will quickly decrease in the long term. A small water spray can be used to help here. A protective cover for the Proxxon angle drill with water guide is currently being tested.
