Shipping
We currently deliver within Germany, the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Further countries are planned.
Shipping is handled by our logistics partner DHL.
Shipping within Germany
For orders under a net merchandise value of €100.00, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €8.00 incl. VAT.
From a net merchandise value of €100.00, shipping is free of charge. Free shipping does not apply to returns within the scope of a cancellation.
Shipping within the European Union (excluding overseas territories)
Shipping costs within the European Union are calculated based on weight:
- up to 2 kg: €17.90 incl. VAT
- over 2 kg up to 5 kg: €22.20 incl. VAT
- over 5 kg up to 10 kg: €28.60 incl. VAT
- over 10 kg: €37.50 incl. VAT
From a net merchandise value of €400.00, shipping within the EU is free of charge. Free shipping does not apply to returns within the scope of a cancellation.
Shipping to Switzerland and the United Kingdom (non-EU countries)
For orders under a net merchandise value of €500.00, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €23.80.
From a net merchandise value of €500.00, shipping is free of charge. Free shipping does not apply to returns within the scope of a cancellation.
Note: For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom), additional charges such as customs duties, import VAT, or other import fees may apply. These charges are levied by the customs authorities of the recipient country and must be paid by the buyer.
Delivery Times
The standard delivery time is 2–3 working days within Germany, 5–8 working days within the EU, and 8–14 working days to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom), unless otherwise stated.
Collection and Shipping to Other Countries
Collection at our location is not possible.
Deliveries to other countries are currently only available upon request and individual agreement. Please contact us directly for further information.
Return Shipping Costs
In the event of a cancellation, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Payment Options
We offer the following payment methods:
Advance Payment via Bank Transfer
After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with our bank details. Please transfer the total amount, stating your order number as the reference. Your order will be processed once payment has been received.
PayPal
You can pay securely and conveniently via PayPal.
Invoice
For registered business customers, we offer the option to pay by invoice from the second order onwards. Payment is due within 14 days after receipt of goods.
SEPA Direct Debit via PayPal
You can conveniently pay via SEPA direct debit in our online shop. Payment is securely processed via PayPal. The invoice amount will be debited directly from your bank account – no PayPal account is required.
