We have put together a complete set especially for tilers and their requirements for fine cutting, milling and polishing work. This set is suitable for cutting tileable push plates and finishing cut edges. It can also be used to cut recesses retrospectively and create mitres if the cut-outs are too risky for large formats and there is a risk of cracking in the corner formations.

Both devices are battery-powered and have identical performance data to the 220V devices. Battery-powered devices are becoming increasingly popular on construction sites, allowing you to work on the move without annoying cables.

The organiser boxes provide space for the steel collets, 30 diamond cutters, 12x polishing pads with a diameter of 50 mm and a total of 9 diamond discs in various sizes. They keep lots of small parts tidy that would otherwise quickly get lost. The boxes can be easily removed if necessary. This means that the L-Boxx can remain out of reach and does not gather dust unnecessarily.

You can use diamond cutters to re-cut corners and cuts with great precision. Light water cooling with a water spray is necessary to prevent the diamond pins from overheating during cutting. Never apply pressure when working with very fine cutters, as these will break immediately. Depending on the thickness and hardness of the tile, a little patience is required here. Milling larger radii in 10 mm porcelain stoneware takes a very long time. As it is normal for the fine cutters to break, you will always need a few spare ones.

The mini diamond cutting disc ‘Butterfly’ 0.6 mm thick is the finest and best disc currently available on the market. It enables very fine, chip-free cuts without scoring on any tile. This disc must not be used without a water supply!

The practical L-BOXX system with matching insert provides space for the angle drill, angle polisher, charger, batteries and accessories.
