Cancellation Policy

No Right of Cancellation for Custom-Made and Installed Products

New, unused, and uninstalled goods can be returned within 14 days as part of the right of cancellation.

Please note that this right does not apply to goods that are custom-made, partially installed, or fully installed for you.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (3DTools4You, Franz-Bals-Straße 33, D-33106 Paderborn) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a manner not necessary for testing their quality, features, and functionality.

Reference to European Regulations on Returns

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless otherwise agreed upon or unless the goods, due to their nature, cannot be returned by normal post. For oversized or particularly heavy items, we recommend contacting us to coordinate the return process. These regulations ensure transparency and fairness for both the consumer and the seller within the European Union.
